Hello, I am Andreea Maxim

My professional path has taken me through insolvency, valuation and court expertise.

My experience in insolvency, valuation and court expertise allows me to handle complex situations, including problems that arise where these fields meet. For example, valuing the assets of a company in insolvency or selling a property from the debtor's estate.

    Insolvency practitioner, member of UNPIR

    Over more than 12 years I have handled numerous insolvency proceedings, both for companies with assets and for companies without assets.

    The work has included managing the proceedings, drafting the specific documents, representation in court and solving the practical issues that come up along the way:

    • insolvency proceedings: observation, reorganisation and bankruptcy;
    • acting as judicial administrator and judicial liquidator;
    • voluntary liquidations and deregistration of companies;
    • liquidation and deregistration of associations, foundations and federations;
    • related matters: evictions, land registry entries, collective dismissals and other necessary steps.

    ANEVAR-authorised valuer – real estate valuation

    I carry out valuations of land and buildings. Valuation reports are prepared in line with the Valuation Standards, applicable law and the professional and ethical rules of the authorised valuer profession.

    Court expert – real estate valuation, authorised by the Ministry of Justice

    I prepare court expert reports in cases where I am appointed by the court and, as permitted by law, expert reports requested by the parties: valuation of land and buildings, disputes over property values, expropriation, compensation, restitution of property.
