I have published articles (in Romanian) in the Phoenix Insolvency Review (UNPIR), the Romanian Business Law Review, the bilingual Valuation Review (IROVAL – ANEVAR) and on Juridice.ro. The topics come straight from practice: valuation in insolvency, the sale of real estate from the debtor's assets, employment law in insolvency, land registry issues.

When needed, we work as a team

For complex cases I work with other professionals: insolvency practitioners, chartered accountants, authorised valuers and lawyers. This way, a problem that touches several fields can be handled in an interdisciplinary way.

I also work on the recommendation of lawyers and chartered accountants, when their clients need an insolvency practitioner, a valuer or a court-appointed expert.
